This year the Baraboo Acts Coalition collaborated with Downtown Baraboo, Inc. to be a part of the last Sunday Market in September. This family-centered event celebrates the diversity of cultures via food, music, and dance that exists in the greater Sauk County.
2023 Community Read
"Sitting Pretty," a memoir by Rebekah Taussig about growing up disabled, is the focus on this year's Baraboo Reads. A panel discussion about disabilities will take place on August 12 on the UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County campus.

On a beautiful summer evening, a handful of poets and lovers of poetry gathered at Bella Vita to share food, drinks, and words. Some shared poems they wrote, and some read their favorite poets, both in Spanish and English.

Hate crimes against Asian Americans increased by nearly 150% in 2020 in the US.
2021 Conversation with the Baraboo Police Department
Through an online questionnaire, residents were asked to submit questions. A good number of the questions were answered in a pre-recorded video. So far, this has been viewed over 100 times.
2020 Ho Chunk History: Community movie discussion
The virtual event had over 30 participants which included lively smaller discussions and one larger group discussion where Kristin White Eagle, a Ho Chunk Nation member and Ho Chunk legislator shared her story.
2020 White Fragility: Community Book Discussion
These book discussions took place during two weeks were held both in person and virtually. There were 7 discussions and over 70 participants. The Baraboo Acts Coalition distributed 100 free copies of the book.
